Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at hello@aurashades.co. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@aurashades.co. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Products not purchased directly from aurashades.co
If you purchased from one of our authorised stockists, please contact them directly for their return policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Items must be unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
